Run by Sneeze It
Your club's marketing, in one place.
Every club has a page here. What it is connected to, whether the tracking is really working, who runs the media and what it is spending, and a way to ask us for something and watch it move.
Sign in 197 clubs are on it.
What a club page carries
What the club is connected to
Facebook, Google Ads and the Google Business Profile, each showing the account it is actually connected to rather than a tick. Four different ways of not being connected, because never asked and access taken away are not the same problem.
Whether tracking is really live
The Google tag, the Meta pixel and anything else on the pages. Having an id recorded and being confirmed to fire are shown as two separate facts, because they are.
Who runs the media, and what it spends
The agency on the account today and since when, with the spend behind it. Every figure names where it came from. A figure with no source shows as a gap, never as a zero.
The club record itself
Address, owner, manager, opening date, the ABC club id and the GymSales id. The things somebody has to go hunting for in a spreadsheet five minutes before a call.
Connected, and connected to what
The pills at the top of every club page. Hover one and it names the account behind it.
Connected. We hold access, and the page names the account.
Asked, not granted. A link went out and nobody has used it yet.
Lapsed. It worked once and has to be granted again.
Never asked. Nobody has requested it, which is a different job from losing it.
What you can see, and what you cannot
If you own clubs
Yours, all of them at once. Your neighbour's numbers are not yours to see, and yours are not theirs.
If you are corporate
Every club in the brand, without anybody having to grant them one at a time.
If you are an agency
Only the clubs you were given, and nothing about what anyone is billed. You can sit under more than one agency and the answer changes per club.
If you are Sneeze It
All of it, including what a job costs us. That part never leaves the building.
Asking us for something
Open a ticket on the club it is about. Artwork, a campaign change, a tracking problem, a question about an invoice. You see where it is without emailing to ask, and every ticket says plainly who can read it before you write a word.
Anything about money is kept off the agency's view by default. If a thread needs to be narrower than that, it can be, and the people on it are named on the page.
Getting in
Proper sign in is not switched on yet. Until it is, the password you were given gets you in, and once inside you can look at what a franchisee, corporate and an agency each see.
